What Is Covered
Our warranty protects you against underlying manufacturer faults and hardware failures that occur during normal, everyday use. This includes:
- Software glitches and operating system failures
- Camera hardware faults (not caused by impact)
- Microphone and speaker malfunctions
- Faulty buttons or touch-screen unresponsiveness
- Motherboard issues and spontaneous crashing
What Is NOT Covered
The warranty strictly covers inherent faults, not customer damage. Your warranty will be instantly voided if the device shows signs of:
- Accidental Damage: Smashed, cracked, or severely scratched screens and back glass.
- Impact Damage: Dents, bent frames, or internal damage caused by dropping the phone.
- Water & Liquid Damage: Any sign of moisture inside the device or triggered liquid contact indicators.
- Third-Party Repairs: If the phone is opened or repaired by anyone other than Bargain Phones.
- Software Tampering: Jailbreaking or unauthorized rooting of the operating system.
How to Make a Claim
If your device develops a genuine fault covered by our warranty, please contact our local Merseyside team immediately via WhatsApp or email. We will arrange to inspect the device. If the fault is verified and no accidental or water damage is present, we will repair or replace the device at no cost to you.
